syv joller på vandet i øresund. Blandt andet var der debut af 1212, der fejrede debuten med at give dåseøl. Om det var nogle af dåse-larsens øl der fulgte med i købet melder historien intet om.

Tre Joller på vandet i Pløresund. DEN 1324, DEN 1275 og ESP 1. Vi sejlede lidt rundt og sparrede. Derefter sejlede vi op også på Danish Open. Der mødte vi Malte i en gummibåd, hverefter vi tog en pause og lod et par af maltes venner prøve vores joller. Malte havde kaffe ombord og VHF-radio, så vi kunne sidde og drikke kaffe og heppe på Peter Wibroe(kun fordi hans navnebror sejler OK). På tirsdag bliver det alvor igen med aftenmatch udfor Hellerup.

Mht målemetoder henvises til ERS som er et omfattende værk, man måler forstærkning ved at lægge emnet på en plan fladen sætte en vinkel ind på fladen og måle afstenden fra vinklen ind til slutningen af forstærkningen. Inden for næsten al måling måles vandet og lodret og rette vinkler.

som der står i reglen "20 mm fra yderkanten af tegningen" (dvs 20 mm fra max målene for sværdet) så hvis dit sværd er på minimums målene skal den tilladte kulforstærkning være tilsvarende smallere(er det ikke 10 mm derer mellem max og min målene på svaærdet?
Så er der lidt at tænke over i sommervarmen.
Håber at måleren er klædt påtil opgaven i Roskilde.

INTERNATIONAL OK CLASS ASSOCIATION
The following amendments to the Class Rules have been approved to be
effective 1st July 2007.
Rule 8.1
Amendment: Add GRE to the permitted resins so the rule now reads as follows:
“The hull, decks and centreboard case shall be made of wood or glass fibre
reinforced resin (GRP or GRE) or a combination of these materials. GRP and
GRE sandwich construction, not exceeding 25mm thickness including stringers,
is also permitted. Wood used shall be of durable nature.”
Rule 10.1
Amendment: Add “or GRE” in the first sentence, add a new second sentence
“Protecting strips shall not extend further than 20 mm inside the outer edges of
the profile as defined in the measurement diagram.” And add “or GRE” to the
final sentence so the rule now reads as follows: to the permitted resins so the
rule now reads as follows:
“The centreboard shall be made of metal wood and/or foam cored GRP or GRE
except that a protecting strip of any material is permitted. Protecting strips shall
not extend further than 20 mm inside the outer edges of the profile as defined in

GRE.”

Amendment: Add “maximum” so the rule now reads as follows:
“The maximum thickness of the centreboard including any type of covering shall
be 20mm, or 6mm if constructed of metal.”

Amendment: Delete “covered” and replace with “cored”, add “or GRE” in the
first sentence, add a new second sentence “Protecting strips shall not extend
further than 20 mm inside the outer edges of the profile as defined in the
measurement diagram.” And add “or GRE” to the final sentence so the rule now
reads as follows: to the permitted resins so the rule now reads as follows:

Rule 12.5
Amendment: Add “and the halyard” after “…all fixed fittings” and add “and in dry
condition” after “…in their normal racing position” so the rule now reads as
follows:
“The spar weight including all fixed fittings and the halyard in their normal racing
position and in dry condition shall be not less than 8kg. Lead Corrector weights
totalling not more than 0.6kg permanently fixed above deck to the exterior face of
the spar are permitted.”
Rule 13.1
Amendment: Add “GRE” after “…aluminium alloy, GRP” so the rule now reads
as follows:
“The boom shall be made of wood, aluminium alloy, GRP, GRE or any
combination of these materials. The sail track may be of any material.”
Rule 15.4
Amendment: Delete the current rule and replace with the following:
“The Class Insignia shall have approximately a height of 200 mm and a width of
335 mm. National Letters and Sail Numbers shall comply with RRS Appendix
G.1.2 (b).”

Amendment: Add new Appendix A - Definitions as follows:

A.1 Materials
(i) Where used the abbreviation GRP is defined as glass fibre reinforced

Sail makers are allowed on request and single (i.e. per sail) approval by the
Technical Committee of OKDIA to build sails from laminated sail cloth. The use
of those sails is allowed in any OK regatta with the exception of International
events. For the purpose of this rule an event is an International Event when its
aim is competition between competitors from more than one MNA. An Official
Measurer is allowed to ignore rule 15.2.1, 15.2.2 and from 15.3 all dimensions
with the exception of (all) leech lengths, half width, three quarter width and top
width, if the approval document from OKDIA is presented when measuring.

Jeg var lige inde på Roskildes Hjemmeside, nu er der 27 tilmeldte, hvoraf 7 er tyskere. Vi burde vel nok kunne komme over 20 danske tilmeldte. Ellers talte jeg i telefon med en tidligere mangedobbelt Danmarksmester, der satser på et seriøst comeback i klassen og som var på udkik efter en jolle.

1. august var min første tur "back on the water" i OK jollen de sidste 2 år ! Nede ved Bramnæs hvor den står "parkeret" indtil DM. Det gik fint... jeg fik klø som sædvanlig af Sam & Strandberg men blev ikke ydmyget... var tæt på et par gange :-) !
Nu har i jo allesammen for "snyde" master.... kulfiber... men jeg fortsætte med retro ! :-) min hårde alumast... så jeg ender s'gu nok bagest igen igen medmindre vi får en masse masse luft i Roskilde

Tillykke til Hedlund, med at han er blevet far. Vores nye mand i klassen har fået en lille pige. Han er dog ikke tabt for klassen og har tilmeldt sig DM i Roskilde. Under sin barsel har han endda varslet at han vil bygge et nyt ror og sværd.
Han skulle efter sigende være mest interesseret i at I mødte op på banen og sagde tillykke til ham der.
